Shipping and Return Policy

 Tennessee Farmaceuticals Inc. uses UPS and USPS depending on availability in your area. The timing of shipping your order depends on your choice of shipping option. Orders received before 11:00 AM Central Time Monday-Friday are processed on the same day, after 11:00 AM will be shipped the next day.   All shipped items must be evaluated for damage at time of delivery. If products are damaged, please call 615-216-4848 ext. 1 within 48 hours of receipt. Any damaged products must be returned and received by Tennessee Farmaceuticals Inc. before a replacement will be sent. We will provide a shipping label for your return. Please provide a full description of the damages to the product when you call and speak with us.     

Returns/Refunds:

All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any Tennessee Farmaceuticals products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days of original purchase date, we will issue a full refund for the product returned.
